This is Dr. Henry Nova, a very old and very dear character. I started writing a comic about the story in which he is the villian a couple years ago, it's incomplete but available here. If you wanna participate in the the editable, but don't feel skilled enough to draw a human (Though I encourage you to try!) you can draw him as a an animal or in his monster from, available on his Ref sheet
