Bricriu means the "poison tongued"
how their name relates to them (or how it doesn't);;
Ryot's attitude fits his name, he is incredibly quick to come up with a sharp remark, that usually tends to end up eating at the creature. Similar to poison, it can be quick and efficient, or slow and painful, after some help, he has become better at not lashing out, however old habits die hard, no? Ryot has a large temper, easily upset and often drives him to initiate fights, despite his therapists arguments. Despite all of this, he is oddly complacent around kits/cubs, bringing out more of a calm side to him.
Bricriu was nicknamed Ryot by his classmates, having terrified them on the first day of school, after the teacher simply asked him to sit down. He threw a huge temper tantrum, insults loudly flying from his mouth, the poor teacher shrunk in their spot, already feeling the effect of his poisonous tongue. They resigned the next day, giving Ryot a bigger ego, and nobody willing to beat it down, to this day, it still affects him.
