Recently, I've seen strange mutations appear in Bawobats. Some are so distinctive, that we now have another official sub-species of Bawobat!
These Bawobats have 3 eyes, just like other bawobats, however, the second set of eyes are not inside the main eye, but are placed on top. I've also seen a few with up to two extra eyes. The mane runs all the way down the back, some think it also forms the tail, however this is incorrect. The most common tail is rather short for a Bawobat, yet it has a sort of wispy-like appearance. I've seen one or two longer tales, all with a single claw on the end, but this appears to be rare. Another unusual feature is these Bawobat's wings -they're more like arms! These Bawobats are all flightless. Horns can be seen on a few, but they look very similar to a goat's horns, instead of the double set of small horns seen on Standard Bawobats. They're the same size as Standard Bawobats, about the size of an adult wolf.
These new Bawobats are called Subterranean Bawobats!
What are Bawobats?
Despite their name, Bawobats are not bats, but their own entire species. All bawobats have a mane and most have wings, however a small few have been seen without wings. They have two sets of eyes, one inside the other set (this is the second color in the eyes). Whilst the larger eyes can't move, the smaller set of eyes in them can move around. This allows them to look in two directions at once. Bawobats have excellent hearing, due to their large ears. The back legs on a bawobat are shorter than their front legs, so bawobats often use their wings like an extra set of feet to support themselves.
