1.Do not guilt trip artists or the winners.Your free to PM the artist and ask what was wrong with your form,but do not in anyway be rude or unreasonable to my artists.If I find out you have or vice versa,it will result in punishment.
2.You can own as many USB's as you can handle.However if I see/feel like people are abusing this and simply hoarding USB's,I will put a limit.
3.GA's can make three adopts and one custom.
4.USB-Dog's rarity is based on the amount of edits made to the body.There are no set ears/tails,so they always are custom,based on what the artists wants to do.But say they add small wings,the USB is then made uncommon.
5.USB-Dog's do not mate for life,but it is not uncommon to see a pair do so.
6.That being said,no incestuous breedings.
