This looks amazing, you improved a lot! It's awesome how we can see how much someone's art changed over the years by looking at 2 versions of the same drawing ^-^

I'd like to suggest you a small change in the hair to make it a bit more realistic... Maybe you could separate it into some locks at least on the tips like on the exemple below (not made by me, I took it from google just to show kind of what I was thinking)



Ps: I'm not an artist so I might be saying something stupid, sorry about that ;-;
