It's good cartoon wise, but if you ask me, it isn't realistic.

Some friendly tips are:

A. ditch the fill bucket, it makes these little white pixels around everything
B. Experiment with layers. First learn about lock alpha and layers in general.
C. Try shading and thicker lineart.
D. look at a reference, anatomy is the most critical part of realistic.
E. Change the way you do the eye, make it more "realistic", like a real dog's.

D and E are tips to give off the realistic feel, the rest work with anything. Sorry if I came off rude c:
