These species:
-can live in water or land, prefers water
-lives in kelp forests in water
-disguises themselves amongst the kelp, can change colours
-has kelp like plants/fauna growing off shoulder and head.
-tail is shaped to match a kelp.
-camouflages nicely
-eat fish, no webbed paws, the web like wings help them swim
-extremely fast gliders underwater, narrow and long build.
-carries orb like necklace around wherever they go, necklaces hold ONE special object, dear to the dragon.
