I was going to use this for designs but I dont really want to do them anymore so here you go!
you may:
make adopts free or profit of CS pets items and C$ only. No dA points, real currency etc.
make small edits, like ears, tail etc.
add items/accessories
use for competitions and coloring in your OC's

you may not:
sell designs offsite
claim lines as your own
remove the signature
color in other people's OC's for a profit
