- Honeygriffs are tiny Griffon creatures which grow no larger than the size of a groundhog. The creatures have hollow bones and are covered in sleek feathers to allow maximum ease-of-flight.These creatures are only known to feed off of the nectar of flowers. Each time they feed, some of the nectar they consume is kept in a storage sac inside of their body, which converts the nectar into a sweet, honey-like substance that they can use as an emergency energy source.

- • Long, fluffy, snow-leopard-like tail.
• Sleek, streamlined feathers.
• Wings built for gliding long distances.
• Short, stocky stature.
• Small, beady eyes. When in flight, they cover their eyes with a translucent lid to protect them from wind damage.
• Small paws with retractable claws, much like a cat's claw.
• Long, pointed beaks designed to allow them to pry at flowers to get to the nectar-holding parts.
• They have very long tongues, resembling a butterfly's proboscis. This is especially useful in collecting nectar from plants.
