here's a really quick sketch of how you can transform layers in Chhickenpaint! I will go over it step by step as well c:

Steps
Before you Transform size, width, height, or angle, you must select the layer you want.
Step 1: Find the "edit" drop down button at the top of the screen.
Step 2: It will be at the very bottom of the "edit" drop down menu. The tool you want is "Transform"
Step 3: A box around the layer you chose will appear. The box has 8 smaller boxes on each side and edge. You can now change the size of the selected layer!
Step 4: You can select in a box to the far right(will appear when you hit "Transform" in step 2) and change it to either "smooth" or "sharp" than hit "apply transformation" when you're done.
For angles, you would use the same steps but only go up to step 2. You can click outside the box and drag the image into a new angle. If this doesn't make sense, I could make another crappy picture to help explain it better XD
Result!
I did this cause people have asked me how to do it? I'm sure it was added to the "How to use Oekaki Guide", but I thought I would make one just in case!
