Just testing out different things. The shading is very dark. You could not see the darker color at all so I made it darker than it is supposed to be so you can see it.

      a hound chased a rabbit, but gave up after a long run.
      a shepherd who watched came up to the hound and said,

      "i only ran for dinner.       he ran for his life."
