Julie has always wanted to go to London. The suburban life appeals to her, and she's fascinated by architecture. The idea of rainy weather doesn't bother her too much, the rain is actually calming to her. She dreams to take photos in front of the red phone booths, like her own dappled markings.
It's also possible that it's just because she's felt so stifled in her own life. She grew up in a small town with very few friends, dreaming of things she'd see one day. It's such a dream to her to fly across an ocean and be in a completely new place.

She's been saving for this trip since she was a very small kit, hoarding loose change in mason jars. All for her dream to come true.
