Info
A Droit (Dur-oyt) is a canine-like species, originating in the Himalayas, brought to the United States where they quickly multiplied and can be found in many habitats all over the world. A Droit's likes can vary depending which reigon they bear from. They also are known to grow undercoats, shedding them in the spring and growing them in the fall. This depends on reigon, however. In colder places, they keep their coats all year long. In warmer places, such as the tropics, they do not grow a winter coat. They also have special parts, like webbed paws for swamp-dwelling Droits and large, flat, thick paws for snow-dwellers as an example. A group of same-type Droits is typically called a Cricket. A group of different crickets are called a finch, and usually occur when terrains cross. A young Droit child is called a cuff. A healthy droit can live up to 120 years, but occasionally they get sicknesses that can get their life cut short. They are very social and very passive unless attacked. They are docile and gentle creatures. (I will add more when I think of more things!)
