^Girlfriend's (who can't draw I guess) advice.

For my own advice, eeeh depends on if you want to draw them anime/manga like or realistic. Study the head shape when the head is turned or looking straight on. Learn to draw noses, foreheads, etc. by looking at stuff on YouTube. Mark Crilley is a very good at teaching this stuff, and I actually looked at his tutorial before attempting this drawing. And practice as much as you can!
