Lost and Shivering

Omega raised his small head, his ears perked listening for danger and gazed around the snowy landscape with his bright blue eyes. He had gotten lost from his herd and wanted to get out of the cold darkness that surrounded him,"Oh no.. where is everyone? Hello? Someone help me!" his tiny cries filled the air as he was swallowed up by the silence. Kneeling in the snow, he gave in.. his breathing slowed.. his heart beat became faint.. until he was no more.
