I've been working on this guy too much whoops.
This is Metis, known also as both Meta and Marv though commonly Metis; employee of Chuck and arch-nemesis of Eskimo.
He's old, and his hair greys so he has to die it frequently to give the impression he isn't that old.
His paint allows him to write exactly what he's thinking; if he thinks of a whole story, he can drop his paint onto the page and the entire story will appear in a literal blink.
He's very opposite Eski; much more happy and less grumpy, though is still not the most happiest RPW out there.
