"It starts off small and you ignore it. You tell yourself it's nothing major and that you can handle it yourself. Over time, it grows and grows and eventually overflows. When others ask about you, you respond with 'I'm fine. Nothings wrong. Don't worry about me.' In truth, nothing is fine... everything is wrong... and all you want is for someone to make it better. But you don't want to burden them with your problems because you are afraid it will cause them to run away.... or you just don't want to make their problems worse with your own. You bottle it up and keep it in as best you can.
