Why they wear the ribbon: Bello loves bubbles. His mother would always take him out to the field to play with the bubbles. Before his mother was eaten by a shark, she gave him a bubble colored ribbon that he has kept on his tail since. His father got caught by humans and Bello was left to fend for himself. The last thing Bello ever had of his parents was that ribbon, and that's why he wears the ribbon.
