I have no idea, but his last name is apparently Van Denend.
He is the little brother of these two I designed for a friend.
He's very innocent and well behaved mostly, yet likes to explore. Too much.
He has some powers over light and dark and his wings will (maybe) grow with age, their pretty much flightless right now.
