Quick Neko Atsume Spooky (Bubblers)

I had a bit of time on my paws and decided to VERY quickly make Bubblers. --His Neko Atsume name is Spooky, but I named him Bubblers. I'm going to make a WAY better version of this sometime. This was just something I did when I got a minuet of spare time.
