I like the outlines here~ Seems fluffy The face is expressive, which the colour adds to.
Realism is hard |D I'd suggest trying out a couple tutorials and using reference photos, if you don't already

Thanks, Ryuu, I'll bear that in mind. X3 Yes, realism is hard. I spend most of my free time practising, but I never get it right.

This looks really good, but you have a few anatomical errors. First, the area from the forehead to the snout isn't so abrupt. It's really smooth. Second, the fur on the neck isn't flat, it kinda sticks out. And the head should be bigger. Look at pictures and videos of wolves to help you understand their anatomy, proportions, the shapes of their body/head/etc, and how they move. :3

Yeah, that's what bothers me. :P I've done something a bit better on paper, though-

I can't do full realism, but I'm pretty pleased with this one. I think the muzzle needs to be a bit thinner, too.
