I can't seem to get tubbs. I've tried and tried. I got a giant cushion and the fish things, but he wont come. He's only came once when I was watching youtube.

It took me a while to get him too since he doesn't seem to hang around long
After you've set out some food (excluding Thrifty Bitz) keep checking back every 10 minutes or so, that's what I did, at least.
