Today is Chips 3rd BIRTHDAY!!!!! Chips is my cinnamon green cheek conure that I have raised since he was just a little hatchling! Love you Chips! <3

I wanted this to be a bit halloween ish too because of the awesome new halloween theemed CS! But it's also a birthday present I will be putting on chips cage! Hope he likes it!!!
