Basic Info
- Two Ferrulls do not have to be mates to have children, though they can be if they chose. When a Ferrull is born, it
must be cared for by at least one of the parents for at least two months. This means that that Ferrull cannot breed
for that amount of time and is assigned the task of caretaker. The other parent however, can do whatever it pleases.
If they leave the caretaker, others typically call them studs (not a bad thing). Ferrulls come in litters of anywhere
between one and five. When they are born, they are completely bald and appear to be albino. None of their
markings truly show up, but some uncommon-legendary features will. They will normally stay around their parents
for warmth and comfort, which is why they need a caretaker. If both of the parents decide to take on the job
of caretaker, the Ferrulls grow faster, though it does not necessarily mean they are more healthy. As Ferrulls
grow, they slowly begin to show their colors and markings. It's not until around 30 days/1 month that all their
markings and fur are grown in. Ferrull are pretty chubby as a baby and the backbones and ribs seen in an
adult are not visible in their young.

are for each irregular trait that
your Pip has. If they have 2 rare
traits, then each one will have a

- Most of the time, the traits that the parents pass down to their offspring don't look exactly the same. For
example, if your pip had straight, medium sized horns, the baby could have longer curly horns.
If a Ferrull has grandparents who have special traits but their parents do not, they still have the possibility
of getting that trait. However, it is a much lower chance. Half the percentages of traits above.

Runts
Runts
- Runts are a rare occurrence, but they do happen from time to time. Runt Ferrulls do not fully grow. This can
happen at any stage of their growth, but is most common in their child or teen months. A runt often has
minor health problems, but they live just as long as their siblings. They can only breed if their growth was
stunted as a teen (when their colors come in but not all the way). If they stop growing as a baby(still albino
and hairless, may have faded colors) then they are infertile. Runts have a 2% chance for each baby. Out of
that, there is a 80% chance their growth is stunted as a teen and a 20% chance it is stunted as a baby.

- -Ferrulls do not have real sexes, so don't worry about it
-The Ferrulls that are caretakers cannot breed again for 2 months. Non-caretakers can breed again as soon as the babies are born.
-Ferrulls are basically unrecognizable when they are born. It's not until 15 days later that they gain colors
-Even the 15 days later will not show ALL features. Some may not come in until they are fully grown (30 days of age).
