Dearest companion,
We stare off into the galaxies,
The moon and stars dance in your eyes
We only see perfection, no abnormalities
During the early bring we took a jaunt
The dreary path becoming alight
Your hand in mine, almost a taunt
On the left hand were the trees,
Light pink feathers billowing to the ground
Dancing, flying with every breeze
I paused, looking up
At the billowing white fluff
The one I chose, the painting on a tea cup
It lit up your sapphire eyes,
Small and pink the flower remained
Dancing along with the twists and ties
But, just like the flour it was short last
No matter how long,
The day always faded, Curled up and died
Just like the flour,
My once chance, Expired.
