shy, responsible, mature, bold, brave, curious, confident, careful, good sense of humor, optimist,

steelstar formerly known as braveheart was a average clan cat of thunderclan, that was until he got hit by a thunder path monster. He remembers it clearly. He had been patrolling the border by shadow clan and heard a sharp cry of a kit. Alarmed that a kit would be so close to thunderpath he searched for it hoping he was mistaken. He began to hear it louder as he approached the edge of thunder path. It was then he heard the kit clearly and saw it, in the center of thunderpath. The kit was a young siamese that smelled of shadowclan, and it was accompanied by another siamese who was sitting on the other side of thunder path frozen with terror. Braveheart, without question, looked out across both sides of thunder path. Checking for incoming monsters. Then dashed out to grab the kit. He had just gotten to her and was about to grab her and run to shadowclan territory when out of nowhere a sleek black monster followed by a white, and blue one, with flashing lights. Both came towards him faster than the usual monsters speed. In a desperate last ditch effort he crouched down and shielded the kit with his body. The monster hit him, skidded to the side and collided with another monster coming from the opposite direction. Braveheart opened his eyes in shock. He was still alive but could barely breath and knew his time was almost up. The beast had broken almost all his ribs, his tail, and some of his leg bones. not to mention ripped an ear off and lots of his fur. Picking up his torn head he winced, and peered down at the kit between his body. To his shock it was still alive and untouched by the monster. Thanking Starclan he spoke to the kit who was wide eyed with fear. “Go to your clan and tell them what happened, make sure they tell thunderclan what has happened.” he coughed.”I won't leave you!” the little kit mewed frantically. “Its a lost cause little one, what is your name?” Braveheart choked out. The little cat replied with a stutter “Ravenpaw…” she clearing her throat and repeated, “ravenpaw is my name, and I am not leaving you here, my sister, Cinderpaw, is on the other side of the thunderpath I will have her get help” The small kit stood up shakily and called out to her sister who came and dashed off into shadow clan territory to find a medicine cat. Braveheart was struggling to breath and he knew no medicine cat could cure him. Looking around he became suddenly aware that their were two legs looking frantically at him and Ravenpaw who was hissing at them and clawing. Braveheart was amused, the twolegs were certainly fools to be cowering at the sight of the ferocious kit. He began to feel drowsy and closed his eyes for just a moment. When he opened his eyes again he was being scooped up by one of the twolegs and being put into a steel cage along with Ravenpaw who was fighting and hissing at them. Braveheart then shut his eyes once more. He awoke a very long time later very weak and tired in a white twolegs nest on a cold silver rock. the room was snow white with silver instruments everywhere. Obviously he was in a hospital but he didn't know that and it was a very strange hospital. he shut his eyes almost instantly after looking around. When he awoke next he found himself in a cold metal cage, but surprisingly he felt better with minimal pain. He began to stand up but he fell down with a crash.

This was when he realized that the twolegs had rebuilt his entire body out of metal. He still had the same thoughts and memories but his body was different, and he wasn't a just robot with Bravehearts memories he was braveheart. after getting used to his new body he began to look for Ravenpaw from the inside of his cage. Locating her in a cage adjacent from he asked her about where they were they were, and how they got their. She explained to him that they were in a strange grey twolegs nest very deep in the woods far away from clan territory.

A series of events happened in which braveheart found out that he was definitely smarter that he was before but was still his same self. after lots of learning he found out that the twolegs were planning on doing the same thing they had done to him, to Ravenpaw. He wouldn't let that happen.

Braveheart clawed at the lock of his cold, slippery cage one night when the two legs had gone away. surprisingly he was able to make the door come open with ease. Then he pounced out of his top level prison to the white, heated floor. “Ravenpaw!” he called. She poked her head out of her confinement and mewed excitedly, “you're out!” Braveheart quickly shushed her looked around then finding it all clear climbed his way up to her and clawed the lock of her cage off. She bounded up to him as he came out of her cage then stopped short about a foot away from him. “Wow... are you really braveheart? I know I saw you go with the twolegs and come out like this but, i'm not sure” she said cautiously. Braveheart replied with a hint of sadness in his voice, “I may look different and feel different on the outside but underneath this twolegs pelt I still am the same me” as he finished the last word with sadness realizing his world would never be the same, Ravenpaw bounced up to him purring and rubbed against his cold pelt mumbling, “even though I don't know you that well I will never forget how you sacrificed yourself for me.” Braveheart licked her with affection and put his rigid head on her small tender one gently. The twolegs made this fur well he thought, I can feel the warmth of her fur on my steel. Lifting his head he touched her shoulder with his paw, when he got her attention he said, “do you know how to get out of here?” Ravenpaw paused in thought for a few seconds, then replied with enthusiasm, “Yes! I know a way, follow me!” She lead him bravely through the door that flapped open noisily, and down the long eerie halls swerving left and right as the lights flickered, finally she lead him to the large door at the end marked with strange twolegs symbols that read E X I T. “This is the way out!” Ravenpaw announced excitedly, “Ok, try to keep your voice down we don't know if any twolegs are still around.” Braveheart whispered. “ok,” Ravenpaw whispered back, then whispered again, “do you think you could jump up and open that door? I saw the twolegs do it, you just have to pull the steel bar down.”Braveheart looked up at the door handle. it was one that stuck out, that you had to pull down. “I will give it a shot!” Braveheart whispered and grunted at the last word as he threw himself in the air and hooked his claws on the bar pulling it down as he fell. but the door didn't budge. “fox-dung!” Braveheart mumbled as he fell with a crash. Ravenpaw looked disappointed but in deep thought. “Maybe we could crawl out of that thing up their?” Ravenpaw said as she pointed to a vent by the door. “Not a bad idea!” Braveheart smiled. Then with one quick movement he grabbed the vent with his claws and pulled it off. “Yes!” Ravenpaw exclaimed. Braveheart pulled ravenpaw up and into the vent. The two cats crawled out the other side after going through a couple different obstacles.

Finally freedom for the two. Braveheart and Ravenpaw both traveled for many miles searching for a place they could call home, only stopping to hunt, rest, and train ravenpaw to be a warrior. Finally after many moons they came across a fertile patch of beautiful mountain scape. This is where the two decide to start a clan. After a couple moons of them building up their new location a, grey tabby cat, rogue, named, Greytiger, found them. He immediately wanted to join and they needed warriors so they accepted. Now that Braveheart had two members to watch the clan while he left to the moon stones. It took him a lot of searching, but he finally found it and the rest of the clans. This was where starclan gave him the name of Steelstar, and prophesied that he would have many sorrows and joys ahead of him with his new skin. They also granted him his nine lives saying that he would also live much longer than any cat as a reward for saving Ravenpaw when he could have jumped out of the way leaving her there to be trampled. Starclan also said he would see the return of an old acquaintance very soon.

SteelStar pondered all that starclan had said on his long trek home. his clan still needed a medicine cat and more warriors, and now that he was an official leader he would be required to go to meetings at fourtrees and explain everything to the other leaders. his mind spun with anticipation on what he would say as he wound his way through the forest to get back to his camp. When he got to his camp he jumped on to the high rock and announced his new name, and the name of their clan, Steelclan. Then he did the naming ceremony of Ravenpaw to Ravenclaws, then assigned her deputy. Afterwards he went to his den to rest.

“steelstar? wake up! cindertail is here!” Ravenclaws announced, poking steelstar in his sleep. “What? who?!” Steelstar woke suddenly. “Cinderpaw, my sister the one at thunderpath who went to get help for you.”Ravenclaws explained. At that a skinny small she cat, Cinderpaw, peeked her boney head into Steelstars den with curiosity, then when her eyes adjusted to the darkness she opened them wide with shock and slight fear. I was then that steelstar realized how strange he must look to other cats. “It's ok, it is me braveheart... but my new name is steelstar. I am very glad to meet you Cinderpaw.” Steelstar explained trying to sound welcoming. With that Cinderpaw walked into the entrance cautiously and stood next to her sister still wide eyed but with no fear. “How did you find us?” Steelstar continued as he sensed the her relax, and her fear scent disappear. “I, um” Cinderpaw coughed clearing her throat then continued nervously, “I had gone to get a medicine cat, like Ravenclaws had said when you had been hit by a monster all those moons ago.” Cinderpaw started her story with slight remorse. “After fetching one I returning to thunderpath but found no one there, so I returned to camp broken hearted. After that I knew I would never be happy in thunderclan knowing Ravenclaws might be dead, and that it might be my fault.” The tiny cat relaxed on her haunches as she told the rest of the story. “You see Ravenclaws was the one that had decided to go onto thunderpath. I opposed this decision completely and spoke out my mind, but if I had only convinced her better, I thought maybe this wouldn't have happened in the first place. So then I decided to see if there was any evidence of your deaths but I could find nothing but a scent of blood and monster prints. I had almost given up but then I realized that the scents were the answer. I began to follow the blood scent eagerly which had created a trail on thunderpath.” Steelstar interrupted and mentioned thoughtfully, “the monsters must not be completely sealed from the inside if my blood was able to drip out…” Steelstar though mumbling, “ but Sorry for interrupting, continue please.” he added after a moment. Cinderpaw noded respectfully then continued, “I had followed it for a couple days without much rest, stopping to hunt and drink occasionally. Until I had finally came to the twolegs nest you were held in. I knew you were inside because Ravenclaws had left a faint scent by the entrance.” then ravenclaws interrupted, “I did claw at the doorway on the way in , i'm surprised you were able to scent that.” Cinderpaw smiled shyly seeming to be more comfortable with them. Then and continued, “Well Everyone always tells me I have a good nose,” The trio all let out an amused chuckle, and Cinderpaw spoke up again, “anyway I found you two and was relieved you might be alive but worried at what might be happening to you two in there. I stayed by the back side of the nest waiting to see if you would come out but nothing happened for days. That was until one morning I was awaken by a loud banging by the entrance. I crept up to it warily and found a little door next to the big door swinging open in the wind.”
Steelstar and Ravenclaws looked at each other knowingly. That was the door they had escaped from.
“I jumped into it and carefully peeing through. your scents were strong inside, leading out, so I knew you had escaped. I have been following the trail for a few moons now and am relieved that the both of you are ok, and that I have found you.” Cinderpaw finished with a sigh of contentment. “Does your clan know you went after us?” Steelstar questioned. “No.” was the quiet, simple answer from Cinderpaw. “are you going back?” Steelstar continued trying to help the little cat along. “Well, no, but I have other plans. I have always wanted to be a medicine cat, I have given it a lot of thought during my life and during this journey especially. My only problem is that no one needs one at any of the other clans. Now that I have found you, and see that you need a Medicine cat Maybe I could train be yours?” The shy cat confessed eagerly. Steelstar thought this was an answer to his prayers the but how would the little cat be trained. “I can see you are very eager, give me a day to think through the details, I mean, who will train you?. Besides you look starved, get some food and rest. You may stay here and be part of the clan until we find someone to train you.” Cinderpaw noded gratefully and left the den with Ravenclaws, looking very drowsy. Steelstar lay back down and thought, Now there's this I have to deal with. Then he set his head down on his paws and closed his eyes to think until sunrise.

Then next morning Steelstar emerged from his den very tired. Sniffing the air he knew that a storm was on its way. Padding over to the fresh kill pile he snagged a mouse from it then settled himself in front of his den to eat and think of how he would find a medicine cat. He spent all day thinking and plotting on how he would get one but to no avail. When the storm that he had predicted earlier finally hit he was exhausted and retreated to his den for a rest. wip

poem
ignore how bad I am at poems

watched a dreadful tragedy
endured a lonely and painful misery
watched a fear filed mystery
continued fighting for destiny
finished victoriously
now pained with a decision that will determine her history
chose wisely
now will enjoy peacefully
her new found clarity
