Mother Dragon in Summer

Summer has hit in this magical land. Every summer, the dragon mentors her hatchling and lays another egg. Once fall comes, the dragon and her older hatchling leave the egg and nest and migrate to the mountains. The new hatchling then hatches in the winter and has to survive on its own until Spring. Not many hatchlings survive through the winter months. But the hatchlings have a new guardian. The mother dragon. All hatchlings left to survive on their own are helped by a gorgeous green dragon with her own little hatchling. The mother dragon brings food to the surviving ones and warms the eggs if necessary.
