Do you have experience with horse genes:
Very little, but I know coats decently well, I plan on doing plenty of research and getting help on genes though since I've been wanting to learn horse genes for quite a while.
What will you do with them:
Well I'd love to make them an interactive horse adopt, allowing people to use them for art, stories, breed them, and enter them in competitions to earn prizes and points.
Will there be tons of unnatural horses(too many chims,purple eyes,weird pinto patterns):
There will not be tons, but there would be a small amount of Chims (very few actually, quite rare ), no unnatural colors other than for special occasions or add ons that are not permanent. But no fully unnatural colors like blues, yellows, purples, neon.
Will this be a specific breed or multiple breeds:

I'm not sure what I'd call them but they'd be a bit of a mid between an Arabian and quarter horse
Will you make any changes to the lineart:
For special events and occasions probably minor mane and tail edits, nothing horrible and nevere permanent they'd only be for special occasions
A detailed description on how things will be run:
I'd start with working out the lists of the common, uncommon, and very rare coats as well as the same with the markings. But first I'd learn a bit more about horse genes. Eventually I'd open the first thread and sort out rules stating no art theft, no bullying, simple and easy to follow. Adoptions will be completely free and range from FCFS, naming, image, and impress me, while breeding your horse will be kept to a certain number of times and strict rules about inbreeding. The community will be open to anyone and everyone but bullying will not be tolerated and of not followed they'll be given warnings and even bans. With a temporary hold on doing any in the community like adopting.

No limit to how many you can adopt, just use them
Will be given lots of love and lore once I get time to think through it.
Will be given off to someone if I can no longer keep up with them myself.
