Kyuutas have canine bodies, dragon heads, dragon forepaws. Canine hind paws, and a dragon-raptor tail. They are quadrupeds and use their long forepaws for climbing.

All Kyuutas - unless through mutation - are capable of exhaling a soft, foggy mist from their nostrils. This mist, while it doesn't do much, often expresses mood though the amount released (more for happy, less for sad, sharp puffs for angry). The mist is also used to aid ill Kyuulings or to repair damaged plants. It is said that very few have a mist that demolish plants rather than heal them, though those are the event only mutations.

•There is no difference in appearance for genders.
•Only realistic couples can breed (ex: male and female, agender and male/female)
•There are three stages of life for a Kyuuta. Egg, hatchling, and adult.
•It takes three days for an egg to hatch after being laid.
•A nine days later. The hatchling is an adult.
•Adults can only breed once every seventeen days.
•Kyuutas primarily breed in early summer and lay their eggs in late autumn.
•Hatchlings are called Kyuulings.

Kyuutas are capable of living anywhere, though they primarily remain in mountains and rainforests within walking distance of water.

Kyuutas are omnivores, though they primarily eat meat, fish to be specific. For fruits, they can pretty much eat anything a bearded dragon can.

•Kyuutas form packs eight
•Kyuuta packs have two leaders, that are often mates.
•Kyuuta packs are usually three to four miles apart.

When it comes to humans, Kyuutas can be rather docile. It is ilegal in most countries to own one, though that doesn't stop everyone.
Kyuutas are also targets to poachers and hunters, which led to them being an endangered species.

General Rules
➣Respect one another
➣Accept and Tolerate everyone; do not discriminate against anyone
➣Do not pester anyone for a breeding, gift, etc. Only ask once, a no means no.
➣Do not harass anyone within the community
➣Do not claim any Kyuuta you do not own as your own.

Adoption, Ownership, and Gifting
➣You may own up to 8 Kyuutas; number will change in future
➣If you are caught using multiple accounts or other users to gain more Kyuutas you will be banned and all Kyuutas you own will be revoked and re-adopted
➣Respect the artists; do not post when the adoption is closed, blackmail, bribe, complain, etc.
➣You may treat Kyuutas as OCs in terms of personality, sexuality, gender, etc.
➣Do not change your Kyuutas anatomy
➣Do not add accessories without artist permission
➣Do not apply any accessories that alter the Kyuutas anatomy in any way, shape, or form. [such as horns, robot limbs, wings, etc.] If confused, just ask.
➣No public non-child friendly content concerning Kyuutas

Creating Kyuutas
➣Kyuutas are a closed species, which means that only artists are allowed to make one.
➣GAs are hired for a month and may create eight Kyuutas, two of which may have one uncommon mutation.
➣You may not create any type of Kyuuta without a myo ticket

Community
➣Ask before making any public thread (OC threads, 1x1 RPs are fine)
➣The creator of the thread is in charge of running it and ensuring that users are qualified to take part.
➣The thread may have its own rules so long as they do not defy the main rules.
➣You may ban certain users from your thread.

Gifting
➣Kyuutas are not currency and thus can not be traded for pets, art, points, C$, normal characters, or any other form.
➣Kyuutas may only be traded for others within the species with consent from both owners.
➣If you wish to readopt a Kyuuta, pm me. You may host the competition yourself or have the creating artist do it.
➣You may gift Kyuutas to users without bans or strikes. PM me after receiving proof of acceptance from the receiving user.
➣You cannot gift a Kyuuta until 30 days of ownership have passed unless stated in adoption form ("If I win, I would like to gift this Kyuuta to _________")
➣You cannot trade a Kyuuta until 60 days of ownership have passed.
➣You cannot gift or trade a Kyuuta to someone you have already done so for 30 days.
➣MYO tickets and nursery postions may be sold and traded in anyway other than item for Kyuuta.

➣Read the three written layers and apply what they say to every Kyuuta you make
➣Ask before creating a holiday or event themed Kyuuta
➣Do not create your own mutations (other than hair)
➣Every 10th Kyuuta MUST have an uncommon mutation.
➣For every 20 Kyuutas you make you may create one with a rare mutation.
➣For every 45 Kyuutas you make you may create one with a very rare mutation.
➣You may own 10 Kyuutas, 3 of which may be customs.
➣After releasing your first rare Kyuuta, you may make your own customs with unlimited uncommon traits (no rare or very rare unti later).
➣You may make a custom with unlimited rare traits every 20 Kyuutas you create after you unlock general customs.
➣You may create a custom with unlimited very rare traits every 45 Kyuutas you create
➣You may not create your own mutations for customs
➣Put the Kyuutas number in the title (Kyuuta #000)
➣Do not restrict adoptable Kyuutas OC wise.

GA Rules
➣Your term lasts for one month
➣GA forms are open the first day of the month and are hired the second day of the month.
➣You may not make customs for you or anyone else.
➣You may make 7 Kyuutas, 2 of which may have one uncommon trait each.
➣You may not create runner ups
➣Ignoring GA rules will lead to a strike
➣You must have access to chibipaint and oekaki

Earning Strikes/Bans
Strikes are earned though rule breaking. A ban can come from theft of a Kyuuta, art theft, and other extreme rule breakings.
