Netsu is a freckled freak so other Valiki call him. He is based off of a oc that I had long ago that had kiba from Naruto marking he had two different eyes and had freckles and wore rainbow. So he is my old oc in a Valiki He isn't exactly the same because of the fact I don't have a picture of the oc.
Personilaty: he is very shy but a fighter for what he believes is right.

and yes he took that long because of my ocd

Edit: someone told me oc's can't be transferred to valikis yes I know this I read the rules. This oc I used to have was a blank slate and sold to my old friend, because of that I couldn't base him off of the oc because he was just a picture with no personality. The Valiki I just made was a vague image of him the personality and hobbies and ect. Are different I sold that character and have no reason to copy it. This Valiki only has similar feature; the freckles and marking and the rainbow.
