In Coruina, the dragons have always been the superiors.
They expect nothing from the other races except respect and peace.
For centuries, each has coexisted side by side,
any thought of war eliminated by the dragons.
But their grip is slipping, and unrest is beginning to brew.
The humans are beginning to see the dragons as pests,
as brutes who poison the land and destroy
the creatures who inhabit it.
And the dwarves agrees with the humans.
They reason that the dragons are stealing their riches,
the rare metals and gems they have toiled to extract from the ground.
But of course none of it is true.
Then there are the elves.
The elves have been silent, saying nothing more
than that they have no quarrels with the dragons.
It is clear they want nothing to do with this growing conflict.
The great dragons, the master race, have no allies to turn to.
The fact of war is inevitable.
Not even they will be able to prevent this one.
The only thing they can do is prepare.
Prepare and hope for a miracle.

Ardevore is a sprawling, rocky terrain that is bordered by solemn, gray mountains.
Rivers and streams jackknife through rich green swaths of grass and wildflowers, making everything feel alive.
There are very few trees, creating an optimal place for the dragons to stretch their wings freely.
The few trees that do grow in Ardevore are mainly spruces and conifers.
Rock outcrops are a common sight, serving as sunning beds for the great scaled beasts.
Most of the dragons live in small groups or alone, but when the need arises,
they will gather in an old burnt-out hollow atop the highest hill.







Elmsglade is a whimsical yet dark place.
The trees grow tall and twisted, shaping the place the elves call home.
Little sunlight ever reaches the forest floor,
so many of the bizarre undergrowth in that forest has taken it upon themselves to provide their own light.
Danger is always a staple, as almost anything can kill if one is not careful.
Elmsglade is the only other place besides their own territory that the dragons dare to venture into.
The elves, at least, they can relatively trust.







Where Ardevore slopes into gentle plains,
Ravenmoor begins and does not end until it reaches the coast.
Here, the soft grass is spattered with colorful flowers and shrubbery.
Small patches of fruit trees horde bountiful harvests of produce.
It seems as if in every little vale, a village can be found.
Despite the fragile finery of the land,
every dragon is forbidden to enter Ravenmoor,
as the humans are prone to killing
or mortally wounding a dragon on sight.







Direden does not appear like much on the outside,
settled on the lighter edge of Elmsglade.
However, any soul who is brave enough to venture
into the dwarves' giant caverns will quickly be convinced otherwise.
The walls practically glow with gemstones,
the ambiance always flickering and changing.
What the dwarves have not intricately crafted is craved
directly from the cold gray stone.
But like Ravenmoor, dragons are forbidden to enter.




It is currently spring in Coruina.
Frost still kisses the ground in the morning,
but by noon, it is gone.


Strong winds are whipping in from the North,
bringing thick rain clouds with them.

She grew up in Elmsglade, before the dragon's power began to slip, living a peaceful life. When she was reaching adulthood, her father was killed by a rogue dragon, leaving her to assume his position as Captain.

TideGlider is described to be cocksure, stubborn and somewhat stuck up, always walking around with his head held high. However, beneath his exterior lies a loyal, kind and brave heart who is always willing to help.

Not much is known about Tides past besides both of his parents abandoning him.
