Leaf Tails are cute cat-like creatures that live on a remote set of islands known as the Wyspa Isles. The Wyspa Isles have dense jungle vegetation and tall, tree-covered mountains. Leaf Tails needed to be able to blend into their leafy habitat, so they developed their leaf-like tails. Although many still live wild, some have been domesticated and brought here, were you can get one!
As previously mentioned, Leaf Tails developed their leaf-like tails as camouflage. They can have up to three leaves at the end of their tail, though they most commonly only have one. Also for the reason of camouflage, they grow leaves elsewhere across their body. In fact, though it is uncommon, Leaf Tails can also grow extra leaves on their head, which are nearly the size of the one on their tail. Their claws make them excellent climbers, both of the mountains they live on and of the trees in their habitat. Some Leaf Tails also have horns. There are two variations of horns - nub horns and curved horns. Although Leaf Tails claim their own territory, their usually-friendly nature usually keeps them from attacking those who enter it. Despite this, ones with curved horns are known to occasionally use them in defense against aggressive intruders, though they don't really do much damage due to how short their horns are. Both variations of horns are used to mark trees along the edges of their territory, but other uses for nub horns are currently unknown. As a species overall, Leaf Tails are friendly, but, like humans, each Leaf Tail has its own personality, likes, and dislikes, so some could be the exact opposite.
