WIP Symbol Concept

    [[This started off as the flag of the Army of the Potomac and then I don't know what happened, but I like it.
    I'm definitely going to be messing with this more later, and I probably spent more time on what I've got than I should have ^^'
    I might put my phoenix OC in the middle of it or something. I don't know yet >w<
