A really bad dress-up. Just think it's a purple cat with pants and shoes on. I couldn't get his head purple, oh well. Guess who?
We need more clothes for kitties!

With the food, the second movie he's in, he asks what was on the pizza and someone replies it was "cheese." The strawberry shortcake (or was it icecream with strawberries? I think I need to watch the movie again... XD) was in the same movie as well, as he and his companion were eating it while the two main protagonists were fighting the antagonist that was resurrected.
The sushi is with the first movie, in which was his very first appearance (before the show was broadcasted).

Honestly, I had to use this cat because of the ears, otherwise I would've used an actual purple cat.

Hint: He's a purple naked cat (a purple sphynx)
Another Hint: Two of my "Guess Who? Famous Characters" are from the same set of series.
