At first, one would see Aphrodite as a very elegant and refined mare, with the most beautiful lolting trot and the gentlest canter west of the Mississippi. She's most often seen at sunrise, with the breeze softly blowing her forelock from those stunning eyes... then the video comes to an end, and you see the real Aphrodite. Aloof and excitable, she flits from place to place like a fairy, her little wings never quite coming to a complete standstill. Often called "Hummingbird" as a nickname, she is all go, all the time, complete with boundless energy. She can be a bit oblivious, often more concerned with how far her gallop is going to be rather than where her rider is telling her to go, so she requires a strong hand to keep her focused. But nonetheless she's amicable and easy to work with, and has easily the best disposition of any horse you've seen.

Other: this mare is confident, dominant, and doesn't back down. she is her herd's lead mare, and will fight to the death if necessary to keep her rank. she doesn't like following orders, so its best for her to be able to give the orders; even if her lead stallion disagrees with her, he typically knows not to argue. she had gotten into physical altercations with stallions before, and that is just who she is. unlike many other mares, she is not afraid to fight tooth and hoof, pulling up blood.
