Well I suppose you guys are like "What???"
So I would like to introduce you guys to the new year holiday in Iran (also known as Persia), yes we do other things than making atomic energy (Not bombs we don't do that) in our country like celebrating Nowruz!!! what you see in front of the pet is a haft seen (seven "S'''s) Sofreh well it's not complete since we don't have vinegar or garlic in the item category and a lot of other stuff. You can search the complete image of the haft seen sofreh in google. We Iranians celebrate haft seen in spring (actually the first day of spring) and it lasts 13 days and then we celebrate the 13th day in the name sezdah be dar which some how means getting rid of the 13th and then we go back to our normal lives. During Nowruz we visit the houses of each family member in our families and after we visited them they come to our houses to pay back our visits, when families go to each others houses they give the children of that house Eide (a gift in Eid which means holidays) which is normally money. There is a lot to learn about Nowruz and Iran...
so I hope you liked it :)
