Ehhh, this is kind of a vent design. ;D; Don't ask, please.
You can decided if they're blind, colorblind, partially blind, etc.

Just give them a theme song or a song that describes them/their history. I'd prefer not to listen to super popular pop songs (although modern music is acceptable) and I tend to like songs with lyrics, please. No extras, but you may have a maximum of 300 words to describe how the song relates to them. This will end on the 14th.

Nastro was actually arrested after being caught stealing from a jewelry store – he was blinded in his left eye in the fight – when he was trying to steal a ring in order to propose to his girlfriend. He was in jail for three years, and when it neared his time to be released he – obviously – sent his girlfriend a letter.
In his letter, he explained what she should do if she still wanted to be with a criminal. They used to meet by an oak tree, so he told her to tie a yellow ribbon – her signature accessory – around it, as he would pass the tree when he was coming back. That way, if she didn’t want to be with him, he could just keep going.
When he passed the tree, there were at least a hundred – that’s probably an exaggeration on Nastro’s part – yellow ribbons tied all over the tree. This sped up his trip home.
However, when he arrived, all was not well. His girlfriend was sick, having apparently tied the yellow ribbons the day she got the letter and gotten sick afterwards, and not just sick as in having something mild that will take maybe a week to heal. It was a sickness that could quite possibly be fatal. She didn’t have the money to pay for a treatment and, sadly, neither did Nastro.
Nastro had to watch, helplessly, as his love of his life slipped through his fingers. He lost her that day, and his heart with her. Ever since, he has been extremely closed off, afraid to lose anyone else and having decided that barring anyone from growing close to him will be better than growing close only to lose them again.

What he can see are just dark blobs and shapes, and can't really see enough to be considering "seeing." To save time, he just tells others that he's blind - it's just easier that way.

As a young RPW, Euphrates was bullied for his name and lack of sight. He could never speak up about it because of his shyness, and he constantly felt helpless and alone. Once a happy pup, filled to the brim with joy, he became depressed and greatly saddened by the very life he was living. He prayed, wished, and hoped for something to help ease the pain he felt, but nothing came.


A second chance to give you something...
It takes a lifetime to come from nothing.
I refuse to believe in running away.
I got a picture of what matters and I keep it close to my heart...
It's a little faded but so am I.


Euphrates did his best to work hard, fighting against the social norms of his time, saying that even though he was blind, he could do anything he set his mind to. He never considered running away - mainly because of his stubbornness - and he didn't let anyone push him around without speaking up about it...even if speaking up didn't really get him anywhere. He always kept a picture of his parents on him, even though he couldn't see it. Just touching the worn paper reminded him of where he'd come from, and that he wasn't going to quit on the dream his parents had had.

Now, Euphrates might be harsh and unwilling to change, but he's still doing the best that he can to get through each day. He still has his bad days, days where he feels as if he's worthless - but he knows that these days will pass into brighter ones in the future...even if they take an eternity to reach him. He has promised himself that he'll keep working towards his goals to make his parents proud - even if they are no longer alive to see him do well. He wants only to honor their memories, and does his absolute best to put his all into any task he takes up.

Ardent's right eye is gone; all that's left are scars. His left eye is completely blind, except when the glow appears. The glow begins when Ardent is distressed, and he will begin having random flashes of horrific images, things that would appear from things he has seen, or things he cannot shake off. This cursed eye ability was "given" to him by the same one who put him into the depression he's in.

The song describes the distress Ardent now faces day by day. Once upon a time, a she-wolf named Pendra took his heart, held it with gentle paws, and shred it up so badly it destroyed the once passionate and fiery Ardent. Pendra revealed to him she was contracted by an evil wolf to test a curse upon another, and that all the love they shared was hollow. After a violent attempt, Ardent lost his ability to see, lost the love of his life, and was cursed forever. The blind wolf is suited this song, as it tells of a naive person manipulated by a heartless individual; a robber of happiness and purity. He stepped into a deadly trapped, and danced with the devil.

Nila is colorblind in one eye, the other eye she is blind in, the colorblind eye is quite sensitive to light. She has no problems with this, she likes the cool glow, and to be honest, she can get around perfectly fine! So she never seems

For some odd reason, these lyrics meant everything to Nila, the whole song, frankly. It reminds me of her childhood. She counts everything she has done wrong then, and took everything, everything she had to deal with.

She feels strong when she hears these lyrics, she was told to hold on, everything is alright, she is unique and nobody can change that, this is what her parents said. So she held on, but then when tradgedies occurred, the innocence of it all left her, and angered her.
