Laces appear to be a mix between Corn Snakes and Mexican Wolves. They have soft fur and shiny scales. Since they are part snake, they cannot hear well. They have adapted two sets of ears, but the back ones are small and do not help much. Their nose is almost completely useless, as they use their tongues to smell and taste. They live alone until they find a mate. Once they do, the make whats called a "Fowder", which means a group of Laces. Sometimes, they allow Laces without their family bloodline in. This is believed to be part of a Laces instinct as to prevent incest. Babies usually stay in the group, even after growing up, though occasionally they may leave at any age for any reason. There are no leaders or alphas. Everyone is equal, and they all make their choices Laces can live in any biome, though often found in grasslands, forests, and corn fields. They find most comfort in forests, though. They are carnivores; eating things as little as bugs to cattle and deer. Their sizes tend to be around 6 feet, though they have been known to be much larger or smaller. The tail charms are given for each stage of its life; Eggs have none, newborns have one, teens have two, and adults get three!

- You may only have 3 nursery batch Laces
- Permanent Artists (PAs) can have 5 adopted Laces and two customs
-Guest artists (GAs) can get one custom
-Give me and my artists respect toward our decisions.
-Customs will never be open, unless a special raffle is opened. Wait to adopt one that we make!
-Do not ask to be a guest artist/artist/mod unless the applications are open.
-You may not sell your Lace.
-Get permission to gift away your unwanted Lace. And make sure they go to a very good home! If you are not sure, please ask for your Lace to be re-adopted by me/original artist.
-Let me know of all Lace gift lines. You may create gift lines even if you don't own one.
-Laces are allowed to be a commonly used character, but NOT your Fursona.
-Your Lace can only breed through the nursery. (coming soon!) NEVER breed it with a character that is not a Lace.
-Do not make a character that highly resembles a Lace, and do not make a character that is one.
- Do not complain if you don't win the Lace you applied for. The decision of me or my artists is final, as is their decision to make a runner-up or not. Always respect that! <3
