Nearly alone in the dark

My poor OC/charrie. first she was born a mutant freak, then her home was burned down, and now a regular human boy is extremely scared of her and is trying to throw stuff at her. Meet Neary, a girl with wings, snake hair, a tiger, mist powers, bright yellow eyes, and pitch black skin.
