The recall ended in late August/early September, so you're fine. I don't think recalled food is illegal, but I remember a cookie dough ice-cream tub had some listeria in it it's fine now though
try looking up, "bluebell recall" though. I had a bluebell-less summer

It might depend on where you are, I think the original factory in Brenam was the only one with listeria, but still... Considering they (probably) sell in places other than Texas, it might be allowed in other states
