Power is basically a Magi's life. It does not deplete over time but certain actions can change it.
Power Force is when a Magi extracts some of its power and make it physical. This is used for various things such as Breeding, Rituals, Re-adoption, and competitions. You may sell/donate Your Magi's Power Force if you have a permit, but it will deplete a Magi's power meaning you can not do it over and over without gaining power.
On uber rare occasions, there will be a deficiency where a Magi can not create power force, or can not have it last long.
