Origins

Bitty Monsters are of very mysterious origins. They seem to have come from the planet Horrware, a place with very vast ecosystems and habitats. They have endless mutational possibilities because of the strange composition of their atmosphere. In fact, their atmosphere is so different that being on Earth gives them sometimes strange personalities and behaviors.

It has been discovered that, like all creatures on their home planet of Horrware, Bitty Monsters have no assigned gender and instead have a chosen gender identity. We have yet to determine why this is, but as soon as we know you will too.

About Bitty Monsters (Bitties)
Bitty Monsters are strange creatures indeed. No two are exactly
alike, though they may possess similar qualities. There are some,
like Kikomi our mascot, who are one-of-a-kind. Typically all bitties
will belong to a species 'archetype'. Some of these 'archetype's are
more common than others, while others are extremely rare. This is
most often determined by their different mutations that help them
survive on their home planet Horrware.

By some random quirk in genetics, all Bitty Monsters are allowed to
breed with one another regardless of gender identity or species.

Thanks to this strange breeding ability, there are endless
possibilities for Bitty Monsters!

Rules
~ All of Tess' rules apply.

~ For now there is a limit of three (3) bitties per person. Once I hire more artists, this will most likely increase.
~~ Depending on how hard they work, staff can have between four (4) and six (6) bitties. They will be notified of how many they're allowed.

~ No spamming, mini-modding or otherwise putting down staff and adopters alike.

~ Do NOT publicly get angry if you did not receive an adopt you tried really hard on. At the end of the day it is up to the artist and any guest judges they ask help from.

~ Do NOT claim any of these designs or the concept of Bitty Monsters as your own. That would be considered art theft.

~ Most importantly: Have fun!

Common Species

Brong
These bitties are made to look bigger
than they actually are, with two spots
that look like eyes. Their 'nostrils' are
their true eyes.

Rare Species

Blarbitt
Field dwelling bitties that resemble
rabbits in the oddest of ways, these
critters are blind and bigger than most
other bitties. They find food using
echolocation and have a major sweet
tooth. They have very silly characters
and looks, from their extra fur to their
scaly, color-changing tummies.

Uncommon Species

Glorm
Glorms are octopus-like bitties with suckers that can secrete poison. They have no true sense of smell and identify food with a bulb somewhere on their body. The most common place for this is the top of their head.

Crompit
Crompits are very advanced bitties. They have only two limbs that function like arms but are extremely flexible. To move around these mysterious bitties float above the ground by reversing the magnetism of the earth.

Monster Bash

The Monster Bash is an annual party to celebrate both the discovery of Bitty Monsters and their planet's creation. One-of-a-kind bitties like Kikomi come out to play most often during this month. They usually play a lot of fun games, but this year they're shy. Maybe in the future they'll let us see their special games?
