Id suggest making the chest a bit bigger and not so curved at the top like the small one shows.

Needs a fluffy neck.

The eyes should be more of a circle than a triangle.

Those really look like dog ears, but i think it would look better without feather ears.

I dont think the tail should glow, its too original and ive seen it so many times before.

The tail or tongue should be long, not both. That seems too be too many long things.

I love the concept though :) i would love to be an artist for them.

Reminds me of Volailles (badly named species of mine. I MIXED TWO WORDS AND IT WAS CHICKEN??)!

They're really nice! I'd definitely adopt one - but I do have a few comments on features [like making some parts rarer than others? Just a suggestion, to make some more difficult to adopt], although the do look pretty cool as is! I love bird-based adopts so you can definitely count me in when you end up making them a species!
