Charchar never answered about her eyes so I'm pretty much assuming that she always keeps her eyes closed. I feel much like her mother Klara she may or may not be blind (or even half blind). Rosemary is a delicate Plumie with a charming personality. Unlike Klara she is a lot more social taking after Sugar in a sense; though she isn't shy she also isn't overly loud. Probably my most calm Plumie compared to the others; friendly optimistic and usually the one who says, 'You can do it.' she has a very down to earth feeling about her.
