it started out as a doodle that i never was gona post, then it turned into this, its a WIP, outfit is halfly based on a character i use in 1 of my games, i realy like how it looks so far i just had to post it, well enjoy! ill add hands and maybe a weapon later, oh and a BG

i finished, i like how it came out, but i dont realy like the hands, i still cant think of a name, im bad with names, im just gona call it neon bcus of the colors i used in the BG, is it intermediate?
