This is a baby Torchic, and the only reason why the butt looks weird, is because I was doing my chibi style, then I just erased the head and wing and started from there.
I'm starting a new fluffy cute style C:
And yes, it's a view of how pokemon would survive in the city, I might even turn this into a full length project, if I get the right comments.

Also, the colors are completely off, I was trying to give it a soft look, but it turned out bad :C
