This one is a bit simple, not sure what to call them but they are free and up for adoption! :D

why you want them: I need a cute, simple species to go to in my spare time. I'd likely use them for my own purposes and for friends, but also dA points and tokens when I need them. There would also be free adopts when I have time; if anything, they'd be an on-and-off adopt showing up around holidays and such. Call them festive creatures, if you would!

what are they?: I'd call them Faerie Mustela! A subspecies of weasel, in a magical world of course...though there's suspicion they're more closely related to dogs. They're only about the size of a pea, varying slightly, and are only seen certain times of year. These times are mainly in the summer, when they take a large break from their workings, but show up around most other holidays as well. It's assumed that in the time between these holidays, the Faeries are spending their time preparing for the festivities...keep an eye out, however, since now and then a few seem to wander around when the others are usually hidden away.
They're actually genderless, as well, and reproduce through beings of magic. It's not uncommon for a Faerie to take a mate, however once a year batches of kits hatch from eggs that seem to grow on their own, and select "mates" are able to take a few into their paws as apprentices.
