- They mostly live in mountainy areas in caves or in large holes in the ground or in trees

- They mostly live in cold areas because of the thick fur
- They live in prides. There is only one male in a pride
- The male kits are taken care of for around a year the chased out to live on their own
- Males may have multiple mates: females only the alpha
- Some may live alone or just in pairs
- Kits are with parents for about a year

- Sheep
- Any other meat they can get their paws on but they will not eat each other
- They can eat some plants and berries
