billy is my alternate universe version of balloon boy
its actually kinda funny because even though billy is still called balloon boy, he has almost nothing to do with balloons other than the fact that he happens to normally be positioned in the game area and be near a balloons stand X3
hes actually pretty important, i guess you could say, because he keeps track of the other animatronics positions and can keep them updated with information about where everyone is, and he can also keep the animatronics "HUD"s updated with the position of whoever it is he is currently following/watching
this ability is extremely useful in battles or when hunting someone down coughimlookingatyoufritzcough
