Hmm... anyone know if RPWs with two different colored eyes is allowed? I never decided his other eye color and I was thinking it might be orange or yellow, but I'm not certain if heterochromia is allowed, or if making his other eyes a different color would count as a revamp or something. c:

Also, I have decided he is mute, and that it is utterly impossible for him to talk, rather than he can talk but chooses not to. c:
